As part of the monthly rent, the following core services are included :
All utilities except monthly phone and cable service

Weekly bed linen change and fresh towels as needed

Recreational and educational programs (such as arts and crafts, fitness and computer classes)
Scheduled transportation to medical appointments and community social outings
24-hour security
24-hour emergency response system with personal emergency pendants
Apartment maintenance
Assistance with light chores
Community Meetingsfor sharing ideas for building a community where we want to live

Members are welcome to utilize the following services for purchase
Meal Plan for 3 meals per day in our Dining Room Menu
“South Avenue Beauty/Barber Shop”
Laundry Rooms on each “Avenue” (floor) for laundering personal clothing
Guest Meals
“Main Street Café” goodies
